Grand Geneva does everything on a grand scale and Saturday was no exception. I was asked to take some promotional shots for an Indian-American wedding. This was one of the most ornate and elegant weddings I have ever had the privilege of shooting. The day started out at 9AM with a formal Indian service inside Grand Geneva in the Evergreen ballroom. The decorations were breathtaking. Then I had the honor of shooting over the shoulder of another wedding photographer. It was kind of nice to not be the person in charge and just shoot photojournalistically! Thanks Patrick for graciously letting me shoot a bit.
Later in the evening I came back and shot the details of the reception. This layout and was in my top three weddings I have ever shot. No detail seemed to have been spared. Great job Marlene! Below is a collage of some of my favorite images. For more click this link. There are lots of ideas you can glean from the table layout.

It doesn't get much more grand than this!
